Tax Manager

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee the company's tax strategy and compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and international tax laws. The individual will be responsible for tax planning, research, and financial reporting, as well as providing support during audits and managing transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage federal, state, and international tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Conduct tax research and analysis to stay updated with changing tax laws and IRS regulations.
Provide guidance and support during tax audits and liaise with external auditors.
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accurate tax reporting and disclosures.
Assist in the development and implementation of tax risk management strategies.
Oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
Utilize tax software to streamline processes and improve efficiency in tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
5+ years of experience in tax management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax planning, research, and accounting.
Proficient in tax software and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
