Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee the construction and renovation of multifamily residential projects, ensuring that all operations are executed in accordance with project specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on-site.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding project status and any necessary adjustments.
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.
Prepare daily reports and documentation for project tracking.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction and renovation.
Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Experience with site supervision and project management.
Familiarity with OSHA 30 standards and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
