Superintendent

We have over 50 years of commercial construction experience across the 50 states, with offices in Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona. Our team of professionals are prided as a number on resource and our clients come in a close second. Our team and workload has grown significantly this year and we're looking for a Superintendent for our HQ office!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the construction project from inception to completion.
Coordinate and schedule daily activities on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Supervise and mentor construction teams, ensuring that work is performed to high standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with commercial construction practices is a plus.
