We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer-Project Manager with strong skills in Revit and some experience with CAD, AutoCAD MEP, Floor Plans, sections, Elevations, Trade Specific Design and Calculation Software, 3D Building Construction, System Selection, Knowledge of SKM Software, Short Circuit Coordination, Understanding of Other Trades, and Arc Flash Studies. This person will be responsible for leading projects, overseeing design and engineering, including the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mechanical engineering, project and construction management, as well as advanced proficiency with Revit. The ability to work well with other team members and clients, interact in client meetings and help with project delivery is key.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer-Project Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and managing mechanical engineering projects from concept design to completion
Analyzing and organizing technical information from a range of sources
Creating engineering drawings and specifications using Revit
Ensuring that projects are designed and built within project scope, budget and timeline
Coordinating with technical teams, subcontractors, consultants and vendors
Monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues
Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, laws, regulations and industry standards
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and team members

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role
Hands-on experience with Revit
Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD MEP, Floor Plans, sections, Elevations, Trade Specific Design and Calculation Software, 3D Building Construction, System Selection, Knowledge of SKM Software, Short Circuit Coordination and Arc Flash Studies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
