We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer-Project Manager with strong skills in Revit and some experience with CAD, AutoCAD MEP, Floor Plans, sections, Elevations, Trade Specific Design and Calculation Software, 3D Building Construction, System Selection, Knowledge of SKM Software, Short Circuit Coordination, Understanding of Other Trades, and Arc Flash Studies. This person will be responsible for leading projects, overseeing design and engineering, including the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mechanical engineering, project and construction management, as well as advanced proficiency with Revit. The ability to work well with other team members and clients, interact in client meetings and help with project delivery is key.
