What You Will Be Doing

To achieve or surpass the sales targets set for this job by selling the company's goods and services. establishing and building relationships with customers in order to market our goods and services. Both a technical and professional sales background is required.

What You Need for this Position

The role requires at least five years of technical sales expertise, as well as a background in selling HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or chemical products for industrial or commercial use. Sales cycles that can last up to two years or more will be under your management. Both independently pursuing leads and following up on leads supplied by the marketing department will fall under your purview. Understanding federal emissions laws is really beneficial. It is necessary to attend regional and national trade events and conferences. Strong computer literacy is needed. 25% of the time open to travel, mainly in the LA area and the surrounding region. driving for up to seven hours in a day without becoming tired.

General knowledge of overall commercial steam system flow and controls.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
" Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
" Basic computer skills
