I started my career out of college in the aerospace industry where I quickly learned how bored I was as an engineer. After a few months, I threw away that career path (and four years of University) and dove head first into recruiting where I found my passion in helping companies grow their businesses. The excitement I have for new roles and forming relationships with candidates make me never look back!
