Quality Control Manager

Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the organization to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. This role involves developing quality control policies, managing quality audits, and leading a team of quality control inspectors to maintain high levels of quality in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with standards.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess product quality and safety.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
Lead and train a team of quality control inspectors and provide guidance on testing methods and standards.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality specifications and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality analysis techniques and tools.
Experience with welding and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
