The Proposal Specialist brings at least 6 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, with a thorough understanding of the proposal and presentation process, as well as marketing databases. This individual is outgoing, embraces a team-oriented approach, and excels at managing multiple, diverse tasks. The role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a service-oriented, creative, efficient, and proactive mindset. The Proposal Specialist supports and sometimes leads the development of proposals across the firm's business lines, from research to RFP response to presentation. This position works closely with the Senior Proposal Manager to create and deliver top-notch response packages using graphic design, technologies, and marketing and sales systems. This role is located in Jupiter, FL.
