Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for construction projects.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Lead project meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and informed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry preferably schools.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
