Center Manager

We provide the medical profession with life-saving supplies while providing donors with cutting-edge care. We concentrates only on the aggregation part of the donation procedure, in contrast to many other plasma donation services, which allows us to pay closer attention to the treatment of our donors.

Position Overview
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. This role involves managing staff, developing programs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while focusing on improving customer satisfaction and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the center and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Manage and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service
Develop and implement programs that enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Proven experience in customer service management and operational leadership
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Experience in healthcare management is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
