Outside Sales Engineer (Steam Boiler, Industrial)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in steam boilers and industrial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical expertise to customers in the steam boiler manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial steam boiler market.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding steam boiler solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Outside Sales Engineer, preferably in the steam boiler or industrial equipment sector.
Strong understanding of steam boiler systems and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events.
