Real Estate and/or Business Litigation Attorney

Started in the early 2000s, we are an established boutique law firm known for our commitment to the real estate and lending industries. If the dispute involves real estate or lending and is in state, federal or bankruptcy court, we are the go-to firm for sophisticated clients.  Our innovative litigation strategies have made us a household name in the eviction space - recovering 100+ million in trophy properties across California in the last few years alone.  Our team has built an incredible culture, and we are looking to add new attorneys as business continues to rapidly expand. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in litigation cases in court and before administrative agencies
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and options
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation practices

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
  • Experience in business litigation and real estate law is a plus
