Job Title: Senior Land Development Project Manager
Job Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Salary: $150k- $225k
Requirements: 15+ years of land development experience (residential and commercial), multiple years of experience in SW Florida, Florida PE License Required.

Position Overview:
The Land Development Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning and execution of land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct site inspections and manage the approval process with governmental agencies.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
15 years of experience in land development and civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of Florida land development regulations and processes.
Experience in commercial construction projects is a plus.
