Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Services

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our HVAC services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our HVAC solutions to potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate HVAC products and services
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on sales performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience with service agreements and prospecting is a plus
