Position: Commercial Construction Project Manager (project values from $2m-100m+)

What You Will Be Doing
1. Participate in Project handoff meeting from Pre-Con/ Estimating to Project Management
2. Review all bids, scope out subcontractors and negotiate final contract pricing with
subcontractors
3. Conduct pre-award meetings with subcontractors as needed
4. Draft subcontractor scopes of work to be included in subcontracts, coordinate with PA to have
subcontracts issued
5. Develop master project schedule to be included as an attachment to subcontracts
6. Prepare budget set up and owner Schedule of Values to be input into Timberline
7. Participate in job start up meeting with SCI team, (Super, PA, PE) to clearly define roles
8. Coordinate and lead pre-construction meeting with design team and owners on site prior to
mobilization to clearly establish points of contact for each party, RFI and Submittal processes
and timing of OAC Meetings.
9. Prepare monthly fee projections and budget maintenance sheets
10. Prepare monthly owner reports complete with progress report, updated financials and job
photos
11. Organize and lead all OAC project meetings
12. Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings led by Superintendent as necessary
13. Work with Superintendent to implement and maintain master project schedule ensure Super
has it posted along with milestone dates on site
14. Review 2-week look ahead schedules with superintendents and track against the overall project
schedule.
15. Review and approve contractor and vendor pay requisitions
16. Work with Project Administrator to formulate and process monthly payment requisitions to
Owner
17. Attend and participate in weekly project management meetings and specific project meetings as
needed
18. Assist with preconstruction services, as needed
19. Oversee and direct all construction management activities
20. Complete projects within given budget and timeframe while maintaining exceptional quality
expectations
21. Work with subcontractors and design professionals to anticipate and solve problems before
they negatively impact project schedule, budget and quality.
22. Understands his/her contribution to achieving the five-year strategic plan and the annual plan.
23. Understands and operates under the company's SOP's at all times.
