Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced CPA who can contribute to the success of our clients and the continued growth of the firm. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, financial statements, and offering proactive consulting services. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, manage engagements, and help guide less experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts
• Compile and review financial statements and support clients with accounting issues
• Provide tax planning and financial consulting to a diverse client base
• Communicate directly with clients to provide advice and answer inquiries
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants and support their development
• Stay up to date on tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
