Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our litigation efforts, focusing primarily on personal injury cases while also gaining exposure to defense litigation and general liability matters. This role is essential for ensuring the effective representation of our clients and the successful resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents for litigation cases
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Attend court hearings and depositions as required
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury cases
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with defense litigation, general liability, and construction law is a plus
